CTGF Grizzly Feeder

Overview

ChenTai’s developed grizzly feeder comes with a built-in pre-screening function and is widely used in production lines across industries such as mining and building materials. The grizzly feeder is suitable for feeding bulk and granular materials including mined ores, rocks, river pebbles, and construction waste. The feeder trough is equipped with a single-deck grizzly bar section, enabling simple pre-screening of the feed material and effectively removing fines and impurities from the raw feed.

Working Principle

The Grizzly Feeder is composed of a feeding trough, an exciter, a spring support, a transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the vibrating feeding tank is the exciter. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the driving shaft through the V-belt, and then the gear on the driving shaft engages the driven shaft to rotate. The drive and driven shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same time, causing the tank to vibrate and the material to flow continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
