CTPF Pan Feeder

Overview

ChenTai developed CTPF series pan feeders are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical engineering, and grain processing. They are designed to feed lump and granular materials from storage bins uniformly and continuously into receiving equipment. The pan feeder offers excellent arch-breaking performance, capable of breaking arches and discharging various powdered and granular materials from the bin continuously and evenly, thereby eliminating the segregation phenomenon that occurs when mixed materials of different particle sizes and specific gravities are loaded into the feed bin. Typical applications include feeding and batching for equipment such as crushers, coal preparation plants, screening machines, conveyors, and packaging machinery. The pan feeder is a new type of feeding equipment installed in the lower part of various silos. It activates the materials through vibration, which can effectively eliminate the arching, clogging and sticking of the materials, and solve the problem of difficulty in discharging materials in the silos. In the mining industry, it is especially suitable for feeding medium and fine crushing equipment. It is recommended to use cone crusher, impact crusher, vertical shaft shaping equipment, etc. to form a crushing system.
